L’aéroport International d'Astana est situé à 15 km d'Astana. Le trajet en bus coûte environ 40 KZT. Le bus 10 relie directement l'aéroport au centre ville et à la gare.

L'aéroport international d'Almaty est à 14 km du centre ville d'Almaty. Il faut compter 3000 KZT en taxi, durée de 30 minutes. De nombreux bus relient également l'aéroport au centre ville (N° 439, 492 et 497). Sur le plan intérieur et sur le plan international, l'aéroport d'Almaty est le mieux desservi au Kazakhstan.
